2ND WEEK: An Introduction to Software Engineering

     It was a late Tuesday afternoon as we start our scheduled class 6pm-9pm. It is our only face-to-face class that day so I was really looking forward of the class. I was 3minutes late when I arrived. When I entered the class our professor was almost done checking with the attendance. After our professor checking the attendance our professor greeted us with a game which is  "Rebus puzzle".       After the mini games we proceeded with the class lesson in which we tackled "What is Software Engineering?". I learned a lot in during the discussion especially about the fact that Software Engineering is not only about coding but it is about using the right tools and method in creating a reliable program/product. It requires documentation of the thorough examination and studying about the problem and how does the program/product is used to help solve the problem.      We also tackled about the Evolution of software design techniques....

SDE 1ST WEEK: CLASS ORIENTATION OF SOFTWARE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

     Our first meeting was all fun and exciting. Everyone has a lot of energy especially our professor. He greeted us with lots and lots of energy along with his presentation that has lyrics of Maki's songs adding flavor to his PowerPoint presentation. With the presentation it made the class exciting and fun to listen to.      The class started with the professor introducing himself and after we introduced ourselves a long with a format of Name, Address, and Favorite song. There were a lot of interesting favorite songs of my classmates. After the introduction our professor continued to orient us about the subject. He introduced our main objective of the subject and it is to finish the system and its study and it should be robust and functional. The professor also tackled about the future lessons in which makes it interesting for others.     Along with the positive outcome and a very fun first meeting there are a lot of expectations for this subjec...
